At Madina Oil & Kiryana Store, your satisfaction is important to us. However, because we sell food, edible oils, ghee, spices, and other grocery items, we follow a strict yet fair Return & Exchange Policy to ensure hygiene and product quality.

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange only if:

  • The product is damaged in transit (leaking oil, broken packaging, crushed items, etc.)
  • The product is expired or has a very short remaining shelf life upon delivery
  • You received the wrong item (different brand, size, or type than ordered)
  • The product has a clear quality defect (bad smell, unusual color, visible contamination)

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges in these cases:

  • Products you no longer want or changed your mind about
  • Opened, partially used, or seal-broken items
  • Loose groceries (rice, pulses, spices, flour, sugar, etc.)
  • Snacks and packaged foods once opened
  • Items bought during sales, promotions, or clearance
  • Normal natural variations in oils, ghee, or spices

Time Limit

All return or exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Requests after 24 hours will not be accepted.

How to Make a Return or Exchange Request

  1. Contact us immediately through:

    • Your Order ID
    • Clear photos of the product and issue
    • Brief explanation
  3. Our team will review your request within 12–24 hours and guide you further.

Return Process

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • We may send a rider to collect the item or ask you to drop it off (if convenient).
  • Once we inspect and approve the return, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders → Refund via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer.
  • Online payments → Refund to the original payment method.
  • Delivery fee is non-refundable unless the entire order is returned due to our mistake.

Exchange

If the correct item is in stock, we will exchange it free of charge (you only pay/receive the price difference, if any). Subject to the same 24-hour rule and inspection.
