1. Service Areas

We currently deliver to:

• All major areas within Rawalpindi City
• Selected nearby locations (including but not limited to Sheikhupura, Muridke, and parts of Kasur)

We are rapidly expanding. Enter your address at checkout to check if we deliver to your location.

2. Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout.
• Free delivery offer may change during special campaigns.

3. Order Processing Time

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM are usually processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
• All products are freshly packed after order confirmation.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Lahore City: 1 to 2 business days
• Surrounding Areas: 2 to 3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high order volume during peak days (Eid, month-end, etc.).

5. Delivery Process

• Our delivery team will contact you via call or WhatsApp before arriving.
• Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order.
• You can request a Contactless Delivery by informing our team in advance.
• We deliver in secure, sealed packaging to protect your groceries.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp with the rider’s contact details.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

• If no one is available at the address, the rider will attempt contact twice.
• The order will be held for 24 hours before it is cancelled and refunded (minus delivery charges if applicable).
• Please ensure someone is available during the expected delivery window.

8. Special Notes for Grocery Items

• Cooking oils, ghee, and other edibles are carefully packed to prevent leakage.
• Perishable or temperature-sensitive items are packed with extra care.
• In case of any damage during transit, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

9. Shipping During Festivals & Peak Seasons

Delivery times may be slightly longer during Eid, Ramadan, or other public holidays. We will inform you of any expected delays.
