Madina Oil & Kiryana Store is a family-owned online grocery and essential store based in Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan. We specialize in pure cooking oils, ghee, spices, rice, pulses, daily kiryana items, and household essentials.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you are eligible to form a binding contract under Pakistani law.

3. User Accounts

• You may need to create an account to place orders.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violation of these Terms.

4. Orders and Payments

• All orders placed through the Platform are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
• Prices displayed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or credit/debit cards.
• Once an order is confirmed, you cannot modify it. Cancellation is only possible before the order is processed for delivery.

5. Pricing, Availability & Product Information

• We make every effort to display accurate product images, descriptions, prices, and stock availability. However, errors may occur.
• In case of a pricing error or stock unavailability, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.
• All products (especially cooking oils and edibles) are subject to quality checks before dispatch.

6. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery service is currently available in selected areas of Lahore and surrounding regions. We may expand in the future.
• Delivery charges (if any) will be clearly shown at checkout.
• Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days, depending on location and order volume. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
• You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable and hygienic nature of grocery items:

• Returns are generally not accepted for opened or used products.
• You may request a return/refund only if the delivered product is damaged, expired, or significantly different from what was ordered.
• All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method (or cash for COD).

We reserve the right to inspect returned items before issuing refunds.

8. Quality & Purity Guarantee

We stand behind the quality and purity of our products. All cooking oils and edibles are sourced from reputable suppliers and undergo quality verification. However, final satisfaction is subjective, and minor variations in natural products may occur.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, images, text, and product descriptions, is the property of Madina Oil & Kiryana Store and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our written permission.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Harass or abuse our customer service team.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Madina Oil & Kiryana Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform or our products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the products you purchased.
